Tragedy stuck on Tuesday morning at Takie Roundabout in Ogbomoso, Oyo State, when three persons, including two women, were crushed to death in a ghastly motor accident
It was gathered that the accident happened around 9:30am, when a container-laden truck lost control and overturned onto a commercial tricycle, killed the three occupants instantly, leaving people in the area in shock.
An eyewitness, said the truck lost control while negotiating a bend around the roundabout, causing the container to fall and crush the tricycle, commonly referred to as ‘Keke NAPEP’

The weight of the container trapped two female passengers and the tricycle operator beneath .
Despite rescue efforts by the people around, all three occupants were eventually discovered dead.
Authorities were later working to remove the container from the road to ease the free flow of traffic in the area.
