ReportageMEH Development Limited Signs Joint Venture Agreement with LSDPC to Deliver A G+ 27 Floor World-Class Hotel Apartment Project on Ozumba Mbadiwe, Victoria Island

The Lagos State Development and Property Corporation (LSDPC) has officially entered into a joint venture agreement with ReportageMEH Development Limited, a subsidiary of the Reportage Group, one of the largest private real estate developers in the United Arab Emirates, for the development of a world-class hotel apartment complex at Eko Courts, strategically located at the corner of Ozumba Mbadiwe, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The partnership marks the formal entry of ReportageMEH Development Limited into the Nigerian real estate market, following the opening of its new Nigeria branch at Osborne Foreshore, Ikoyi.

The move is part of the group’s broader strategy to expand its global footprint and bring innovative housing and hospitality solutions to major cities across Africa.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, representatives of ReportageMEH Development Limited reaffirmed the company’s mission to deliver modern, sustainable and elegant living spaces that combine quality design, accessibility and long-term investment value.

“We are delighted to partner with LSDPC on this landmark development. Eko Courts will introduce a new benchmark for luxury hospitality and serviced living in Lagos, reflecting the vibrancy and ambition of the city,” said a spokesperson for the company.

In his remarks, the Managing Director of LSDPC noted that the collaboration aligns with the Lagos State Government’s vision to attract global investment and enhance the city’s real estate and tourism infrastructure.

“This partnership with ReportageMEH is a testament to Lagos’ readiness for global-scale projects and our ongoing efforts to foster an enabling environment for investors,” he said.
