BREAKING: At Last Port Harcourt Refinery Begins Operation

After several delays and shifting of dates, the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) on Tuesday, November 26, announced that the Port Harcourt Refinery has commenced operations.

The information was disclosed in a message by NNPCL Chief Corporate Communications Officer Mr Olufemi Soneye.

The short message, said “A Historic Milestone: Port Harcourt Refinery Begins Operations.
