According to him, “Cubana Millennium City is envisioned as the Banana Island of the entire South-South and South-East. We are creating a modern, elegant, secure and lifestyle-forward community that will stand as a benchmark for urban luxury in this part of the country.”

He further stressed the importance of collaboration in achieving ambitious goals, noting that multiple companies under the Cubana Group umbrella are working together to bring the project to life.

“Growth is built on collaboration,” he said. “We are bringing the best minds and partners together to deliver a city that reflects excellence, progress, and opportunity.”

The project, rooted in the philosophy of “Aku rue ụlọ”—bringing wealth and development back home—signals a major investment in the South-South/South-East corridor and is expected to attract homeowners, diaspora investors, and forward-thinking businesses.

Cubana Millennium City will feature modern infrastructure, smart-city technologies, green zones, entertainment clusters, and a secure environment designed for families, professionals, and investors seeking long-term value.

Further details, including investment opportunities and official commissioning dates, will be communicated by the Cubana Group in the coming weeks.
